We've stayed at Royal Mauian before so it always feels like coming to a 2nd home. The service from ali'i Resorts was great and the condo is lovely. One of the reasons we love this condo so much is the location right at the water - it's wonderful being lulled to sleep by the ocean sounds! One small "distraction" this trip was the reno work being done on the unit next door. Not the fault of ali'i Resorts but was absolutely a disruption on and off during our five week stay.



Great location, nice view, and the comforts of home.

Really loved the location and the weather was very nice. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed having full kitchen (even if small) and washer and dryer to use. Nice view of the ocean and pool which was great with kids swimming. Many nice restaurants right across the street. Two beautiful beaches just steps away. Nice lawn area too. I hardly ever wore shoes. Some have complained about the tree directly outside the balcony. It was trimmed and it's not like you cant see around it. Going to sleeping and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves is wonderful. However, the other bedroom which is on the street side is loud. Very early before the sun rises the birds are out chirping and making noise. But, by the end of our stay the people staying there said that they were used to it. Would come back.

Accomadations were great, the condo was nicely decorated ,very clean and a great view. Easy access to the beach.



The perfect getaway place!!

We stayed here for 10 days and wish it could have been longer. It was the perfect size and set up for 4 adults and 1 baby. Both bedrooms were a good size, and 2 bathrooms is the way to go!! The kitchen was a bit small, but it was fine for 1-2 people at a time. The roof top BBQ was awesome!! The Lanai was a great size and we enjoyed all of our meals out there while watching the ocean below. The beaches were fabulous on either side of the condo...great for snorkelling, stand up paddle boarding, sun bathing, and playing in the surf! It is in a great location, with shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores all with in walking distance. The pool was great for our little one! We will definitely stay here again!

The rental process was completed in an efficient manner. All of our questions were answered and there were no "surprises" when we arrived. Suite 315 was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed and more! We would definitely like to return to this area for the proximity to beaches and shopping. The amenities at the Resort were clean and the staff friendly. Everything about the grounds was kept in immaculate condition. The only inconvenience we experienced was the sliding glass door from the living room to the lanai (coming off its tracks) and the windows/screen in the master bedroom need repairs. The best was being there! For those guests who complain about the tree blocking the sunset view - go to the Left of the Master bedroom window. As for the tree, leave it alone. A guest representative from ali'i Resorts met us at our Royal Mauian unit. She had keys for us, explained everything about the complex and had some complimentary sup- plies. Everything in the unit was clean, well cared for, ready to welcome us. Everything in this unit has recently been updated from appliances, TVs, floorinng, countertops, furniture it is all first class. The Royal Mauian is right on the ocean. The sunset views are right on front of you. The roof-top garden has gas grills. You can prepare your meal, eat right there or take your food back to your unit. Walk across the street and there is a variety of restaurants...some casual, some more up-scale. This is a place to enjoy the best of Maui whether you are comfortable on a lounge reading, enjoying the pool or walking or swimming on Kamaole 1 or Kamaole 2. The best part is that the beach is adjacent to the condo. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach, just walk ac- ross the lawn and enjoy!

From the time we arrived until the time we left things were very good. We have stayed at the Royal Mauian for many years. Unit #315 is the best! The decor is very well done. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. (actually the whole unit.) Everything is in good working order. The grounds are lovely and very maintained. The beach is conven-ient..right there. There are restaurants and shops nearby. This is a good place to have a very relaxing vacation!



Totally awesome with no unwanted surprises.

Friend's had recommended ali'i Resorts when we were unable to find suitable accommodations. They found the perfect place for us and the process was relaxing & carefree. 315 is a great home away from home and was exactly as advertised - no surprises. Beautifully appointed, amazing view and fully equipped. The staff at ali'i were exceptionally nice to deal with. Their professional team and room 315 at the Royal Mauian made our holiday - thank you!
