Great Week at the Nalu!

We had a great time from the minute we checked in. The suite was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Even beach chairs to take to the beach. The suite is not renovates like many others but it is well kept and the bed and bedding were great as well. Could use a few things like pool noodles which we bought a few and left with friends. and a beach mat that lies under your towel. Other than that it was great. The staff at ali'i Resorts were so helpful and friendly. We didnt end up using the pool at all because there are no chairs around the pool , the space btw the gate and pool are so close there isnt a lot of room and no room for "lounging around the pool" but the property is right on the beach so we didnt mind and they have many lounge chairs on the property. My only griff was the gal who came to clean the room as we were leaving. We didn't have all of our things out by 11 sharp and she (without any ounce of politeness) barged into our suite and main bedroom , bath saying your supposed to be out by 11! We had all our things removed within 10 or 15 minutes. But her rudeness really made our leaving the suite a not so memorable experience. We stayed with our friends next door that night and saw people check in to the suite at 6 pm. So there really was no reason for the rude and abrupt girl. Minus the one person our trip was fantastic, Ali'i Resorts gets 2 thumbs up! Thanks!

Too Brief

Service from ali'i was great. I like how personal they were and to help me with my package delivery. The only thing that was difficult and hard was the the unit next door was renovating. In fact, they torn down that unit to the bare base. What that meant was that I heard chainsaw, pounding, electric nail guns all day long and sometimes too early in the morning. Had I known about the giant remodeling expedition, I would have opt to stay else where.

All services rendered by staff were very good. I think for the price the unit could use some upgrading. Generally we were happy. The beach and views are incomparable. We will see you again. Thanks.

Kids and I spent Spring Break 2013 here and enjoyed ourselves very much. Would be a 5 star if the unit were updated some. A remodel is due. View is great we watched whales from our lanai. Location right on the beach is unbeatable.

Best time ever. The location and ocean views were amazing! The home had everything you needed. The one thing we were disappointed in was it said there were 2 Tv's and there was but one only played movies. We love watching T V in bed.
